Payment/Cancellation

We accept all kinds of credit cards. Payment in advance is required and recommended for most services, while some services can be paid on the spot to the chauffeur.

Payment in advance can be performed by a bank transaction, or via a one-time payment link provided by MyPOS platform. Using one-time payment links we ensure that you don't share your credit card details with anyone, as these are not stored on our website, rather it comes in a form of secure online payment with possibility of required token confirmation from your bank. This way we make sure your data and information is safe.

Cancellation policy is no charge up to 12 hours prior to service, 50% up to 6 hours and 100% in case of no show. For airport pick-ups we offer exclusive up to 1 hour free of charge.

All prices are final and hold no additional fees. In case of any possible additional fees, those will be mentioned in a clear matter.
